Join us as we kick off our monthly webinar series hosted by Serena Argens, Founder of Rise & Shine Bright. 

There is a lot of buzz around burnout currently but it’s still highly misunderstood or not fully understood. 

Burnout is a growing epidemic that stems from the way we work no longer working for us, particularly women.

Research suggests that 6 out of 10 Americans are experiencing burnout right now and 8 out of 10 employees globally are at risk of burnout this year. 

Women are more prone to burnout for a variety of reasons which we will discuss in this webinar along with some tangible things women can do to build more burnout resilience. 

In this talk, we'll cover:

  • Why women are feeling the heat from burnout at higher rates
  • What women can be doing to build burnout resilience
