An 8-week program designed to take those feeling burnout and/or stuck through a powerful transformation in order to gain more clarity of vision, confidence, and ultimately to find more fulfillment. 

You will learn:

  • How to have the right mindset for a breakthrough.

  • How to overcome limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. 

  • How to create habits that will best support the best version of you. 

  • All about the science of well-being and habits of those that are happiest. 

  • How to create energy and momentum in your life. 

  • How to map a vision and plan for living the life of your dreams. 

  • How to set better boundaries. 

  • How to celebrate and have gratitude.

Format:

  • 1h weekly content call (live or recorded option)

  • 1h weekly group coaching call

  • Self-paced resources to support transformation including a burnout assessment with personalized report to understand your burnout profile.
