Burnout to Breakthru is an 8 week program designed not only to educate professional women about burnout and their stress cycles, but it's designed to help women with building resilience to burnout that lasts not just over the two months, but for a lifetime.
This program is designed to take those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and/or burned out through a powerful transformation in order to build burnout resilience, create self-care rituals that last, gain clarity of vision for their future, build confidence and ultimately more fulfillment in life.
