Burnout is a growing epidemic.

More than eight out of ten employees are at risk of burnout this year, according to Mercer’s 2024 Global Talent Trends report. However, many people don't fully understand burnout…let alone know where to begin to solve for it and build up resilience for the future.

Burnout to Breakthru is an 8 week program designed not only to educate professional women about burnout and their stress cycles, but it's designed to help women with building resilience to burnout that lasts not just over the two months, but for a lifetime.

This program is designed to take those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and/or burned out through a powerful transformation in order to build burnout resilience, create self-care rituals that last, gain clarity of vision for their future, build confidence and ultimately more fulfillment in life.

Women who have gone through the program report feeling more present to life and grateful in general, more engaged and optimistic at work, they feel better than they've felt in a long time, they are more successful at setting boundaries for themselves - all while gaining more clarity on what they want from life and their careers without sacrificing their well-being.

The investment for the eight-week program & these results is $2,297.

"I can’t say enough good things about this program and the transformation I have seen in myself over the past few months. After a difficult year, I can honestly say I haven’t felt this good in a long time.

I am understanding my stress cycle, leaning into the power of my mindset, and setting healthy boundaries to build sustainable personal resilience. This program and the community around it have been so powerful."

Burn·out

A syndrome that results from chronic stress in the workplace that has not been successfully managed.

Burnout was first introduced in the 1970's but not officially defined by the World Health Organization until 2019. It's still not classified as a medical condition in the United States but it is in other parts of the world because of how pervasive it's become.
