About the event

Why Meditation?

It doesn't have to be this way though.   

Meditation is proven to reduce stress and overwhelm. Significantly.   

Not only reducing stress in our current moment, but the exact style of meditation we will learn over the 5 days is known to remove stress from our past, as well as future anxieties.   

AND since the style we will learn in this challenge is 2-5 times more restful than sleep -- we actually get more time back from investing in meditation.   

The results are being more focused and energized, with easier creative problem solving, even better communication.

All this allows us to feel more whole, balanced and at peace right now.
